Shannon came by within 24 hours of my inquiry and declared that we don't need to change any parts or replace our garage door: it simply needed to be realigned to not scrape against the sides of the garage. We were very impressed that he didn't try to upsell us. A super nice helpful guy with a lovely disposition.

The company that manufactured my garage door opener is no longer operating. The first company I went to suggested that I replace the opener. Went to Gary second who said he had the second hand part and gave it to me free of charge. When the motor eventually gives up the ghost, I know who I will be coming back to see!
